Q: How do I Pay?
A: We Accept PayPal and all Major Credit Cards including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, American Express, and Discover Card.
E-mail confirmation of your order will be sent within 24 hours of receipt. Routine orders will be shipped via next-day delivery service within 24hrs of receipt of cleared funds. Custom-made orders will be shipped upon completion agreement.
3. Delivery
Q: How long for delivery?
A. All items are carefully handmade with quality and workmanship. We aim to deliver standard items within 5-7 working days.
Special Custom Made items orders can take between 10- 20 working days. This may vary depending on the size of your order and the complexity of your project.
4. Returns
Q: what if I am not happy?
A: We aim to provide quality first-class service. All our products are finished to the highest standard and inspected for quality. If, however, you are unhappy with your branded merch item please return it within 14 days in its original unused state and we will send out a replacement if requested or refund. Regarding personalized custom-made items, due to the nature of its customization, there are no returns or refunds.
